Personal Information: The personal information you provide to onlineparts.com will not be sold or given to any other companies or businesses. We will use the information you provide us to help us in our normal course of business including getting to know what you ride and how you shop and therefore allowing us to better serve you, but your email address will also allow us offer you products more suited to your riding style. It will help us to process and ship your orders quicker, and automatically register you for our specials and email newsletter. Your email address will be used to send customers our latest news and information on new products and products we feel could be useful to you. There is an opt-out feature by which customers can request that their email address be removed from our database. On-line Security: Onlineparts.com understands customer concerns when it comes to safety on the Internet. We guarantee that each purchase you make is safe. If fraudulent charges are ever made, you will not be held responsible for reimbursement. The credit card information that you provide during the checkout process is encrypted using the latest 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology provided by Thwate. This protection means that it is actually safer for our customers to use their credit cards over the Internet rather than in a retail establishment where credit card numbers appear on hard copies and receipts. When your browser is in "secure mode", an unbroken key or padlock icon will appear at the bottom of your browser window. Onlineparts merchant system uses address verification as parts of our security measures at checkout, therefore we will only ship product to the credit card “Billing Address”. Sales Policies Exchanges We will gladly accept exchanges on product you have ordered incorrectly, as long as we are notified within 15 days of sale, however there will be an exchange fee of 10% of the purchase price with a min of $20.(whichever is greater) Onlineparts will pay standard outbound shipping on the new product but the customer will be responsible for shipping on inbound exchange. All exchanges must receive an RMA number from onlineparts before they are shipped to us. Your exchanged product cannot be shipped out until we receive & inspect the first product at our warehouse. All exchanges must be unopened, unused and in original manufacturers packing in a condition which will allow us to resell the product or return it to the manufacturer. Items returned outside the above condition will be return to customer.
Pricing We try to maintain a competitive price structure accross our complete product line and offer the best service we can. We will do our best to match prices but we may not be the cheapest out there. If you see a price that looks out of line contact us and we will see what we can do, remember the worst I can say is NO!, so it doesent hurt to ask. Order Canceling Please note that if you have to cancel an order you have placed, it may well have been ordered from the supplier and will therefore be subject to our return policy charges. Please do not order the product if you do not want it. Warranty The manufacturer of the product provides the warranty on the product not onlineparts.com. If the product you receive becomes defective please contact the manufacturer to arrange for warranty repairs. If you have difficulty contacting the manufacturer please contact onlineparts.com and we will try and rectify the problem to everybody’s satisfaction. Errors & Omissions Onlineparts does its best to make sure that all information on the web page is correct however we are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions and reserve to right to cancel a sale due to pricing errors. ( If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is too good to be true !!!) Backorders Each Backorder will be handled on a case by case basis, we will contact you after we have verified inventory and will give you the latest update on when we expect to see the product, at that stage you can decide whether you want to wait for the particular product or change to another product. Shipping policies Most product is shipped by Ground service as Default. Some heavier product will be shipped by Freight carriers as default. Most Product will ship from Onlineparts.com 24-72 business hours after receipt of order ( Mon-fri Shipment tracking numbers can be provided at customer request. The ground shipping charges are applicable to most products in the shop for the 48 contiguous states but will be higher for The international shipping rates (Premium shipping) are an estimate only and are subject to revision based on actual shipping charges, international Return policies. All Returns must be notified to us within 15 days of customer receipt of shipment. All Returns must have an RMA (return material authorization) number or they will be rejected by onlineparts shipping dept. All Returns must be in original manufacturers packaging, unopened, unused and in a condition which will allow onlineparts to returns it to the manufacturer for resale. If a product needs to be returned we will charge a return fee of 20% of selling price with a minimum of $20.00. The customer will be responsible for return shipping and the product must reach us within 20 days from original receipt of product by customer.
